Stormwater pipes, cleared and repaired
Stormwater pipes carry rain from the roof and the yard away from the house. When one blocks or breaks, water backs up out of downpipes and pits or comes out where it shouldn’t.
We find the problem with a drain camera, clear the line with a jet blaster, and repair or replace the broken section. The price is fixed before we start.

Kings Langley, July 2026: an outlet connected to the underground drainage
A stormwater pipe was discharging water onto a paved outdoor area. We used a drain camera to find an existing stormwater line we could reach, lifted the paving, dug down to the pipe and fitted a new junction. Then we redirected the original outlet into it, backfilled, relaid the pavers and cleaned up.
Kings Park, October 2026: broken sewer and stormwater pipes replaced
The owners were removing concrete and digging down the side of their house when they hit sewer and stormwater pipes. We dug around every pipe that needed replacing, removed the broken sections and installed new sections of pipe. Then we cleaned up.
Kenthurst, July 2026: blocked downpipe lines jetted and checked
The customer had multiple blocked downpipes on the property. We removed all the debris from the pits, then cleared all the lines with our jet blaster. We used a CCTV camera to make sure the lines were clear and in good condition.

Stop digging around the pipe, avoid running water down the drains, and call a plumber before the area is filled or concreted. At a Kings Park home in October 2026, the owners hit sewer and stormwater pipes while digging beside the house, and we replaced the broken sections.
Outlets that discharge onto the ground
At one Kings Langley property, we found an existing stormwater line using a drain camera, excavated to it and installed a junction. We then redirected the original outlet into the new connection. The exact work depends on the drainage layout and access.

- How deep the pipe is, and what’s on top of it, such as paving or concrete.
- How much pipe needs replacing.
