Plumber Hills District

All Day Plumbing is a family-owned and run business. From our base on Powers Road, our plumbers work right across the Hills, from Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills out to Dural, Kenthurst and Galston.

Weekday call-outs between 7am and 5pm cost nothing. A licensed plumber works out what’s wrong and quotes a fixed price, and the work only starts once you say yes. Someone answers our phone around the clock.

Stanhope Gardens, September 2026: a leak under concrete, fixed without breaking it. The copper main water line was leaking where it ran under the concrete into the house. We found the leak with leak detection equipment. Rather than break up the customer’s stencilled concrete, we offered to run a new section of line around the path, which also cost him less. He went with that, the leak was fixed that morning, and he was very happy.

North Rocks, June 2025: a list of small jobs before a house sale. The house was on the market, and a building inspection had turned up a list of plumbing items. We quoted the list and worked through it that same morning. The kitchen mixer was dripping, so we fitted a new cartridge instead of replacing the whole mixer. The dripping shower taps got new washers, and we fixed the vanity’s leaking plug and waste. We also plumbed in the air conditioner’s condensate line, which had been dripping all over the ground.

Glenhaven, August 2026: a blocked sewer, cleared and cleaned up. A home in Glenhaven had a blocked sewer. Our jetter cleared the lines, and before we packed up, we washed the area down and disinfected it.

The Ponds, February 2026: a new instant gas hot water unit. We replaced this home’s old Rinnai B26 instant gas hot water unit with a new Rinnai Infinity B26. It went in with new gas and water valves and new copper lines, and it was quoted and installed in the one morning.

Recycled water and septic systems in the Hills

Recycled water. Part of the Hills is in Sydney Water’s Rouse Hill recycled water scheme, including Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Kellyville Ridge, Beaumont Hills, Glenwood and Stanhope Gardens. Homes connected to it get recycled water for toilets and outdoor use, carried in purple pipes and fittings. It isn’t for drinking and must never be connected to the drinking water. We do recycled water plumbing in the scheme area.

Septic tanks and treatment systems. Not every Hills home is connected to the sewer. The Hills Shire Council has about 3,500 on-site sewage management systems on its register, from septic tanks to aerated wastewater treatment systems. An owner needs the council’s approval to run one, and a new owner has three months to apply. We inspect and service these systems.

How a Hills job works

1. Ring 1300 301 354, whatever the time.
2. Pick a window for us to arrive, or tell us if it has to be an exact time.
3. Your plumber gives you a heads-up when they’re heading your way.
4. They work out the cause and quote a fixed price, and the job only goes ahead once you’ve agreed.
5. The job gets done and tested, and we clean up before leaving.

What it costs

Weekdays, 7am to 5pm: you pay nothing for us to come out. That includes a look with hand tools, a fixed quote and a quick fix of up to about 10 minutes. Filming a drain with a camera, if that’s needed, is priced on its own.

Nights, weekends and public holidays: coming out costs $275 to $385 including GST. Before anyone sets out, we’ll tell you the exact amount. It pays for the trip, fault-finding of up to about 10 minutes and simple jobs, like switching a heater’s power circuit back on. Making things safe is usually part of it too. Further work is charged at our usual rates, with no extra loading.
