ASSESS & QUOTE
Once we know what’s up, our expert plumbers will assess the situation and provide you with a detailed explanation of the required solutions. We’ll give you an accurate, reasonable quote upfront, sticking to it throughout our service. No surprises, just transparent pricing.

EFFICIENT SERVICE
Our team wastes no time. We arrive on time, equipped with the latest tools to handle your plumbing needs efficiently. Whether it’s installation, maintenance, or emergency repairs, we ensure high precision and effective results.

After the job, we clean up the workspace, leaving your property as tidy as we found it. You pay only what was quoted—no hidden charges.

Detailed On-site Evaluation
Some plumbing solutions require a closer look. In these cases, we come to your location, assess the situation with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, and discuss the best course of action.
Handwritten/Documented Quote
We provide a detailed, documented quote, explaining all potential solutions and costs. This approach allows you to make informed decisions about replacements and installations.
CALL-OUT FEES AND UPFRONT PRICING
On weekdays from 7am to 5pm the call-out is $0, and it includes up to about 10 minutes’ work with hand tools and a fixed quote for the job. In many cases we can also give you a quote over the phone.
At night, on weekends and on public holidays, the call-out is $275 to $385 including GST, confirmed on the phone first. It covers getting to you, up to about 10 minutes finding the problem, simple jobs and usually making your home safe.
We also charge what we quote: the fixed quote you agree to before work starts is what you pay, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
