August 2026: a missing toilet flush button replaced. A toilet in an accessible bathroom had a missing flush button. We removed the old flush button and installed a new one, then tested it and cleaned up.
July 2026: water pressure brought down from over 700 kPa. The customer called because their water pressure was too high. We checked it with our water pressure gauge, and it read just over 700 kPa. We installed a pressure limiting valve on the water line, then tested again with the gauge, and the pressure had dropped to under 500 kPa. Then we cleaned up. Pressure above 500 kPa can void the warranty on many water fixtures inside a property, such as basin, shower and bath mixers.
